Features

*Bags are stably picked owing to a conveyor type bag magazine that feeds bags by the bottom seal.

*Cross-Open Gripper (patent pending) stably supplies even gusset bags without side seals.

*Flat bags and gusset bags are selected from the touch panel, which shortens the time needed to change production items.

*Up to 100 items can be preset. Settings can be made or changed by simply calling items.

*Maintenance support provided, i.e., troubleshooting displays, part replacement/lubrication cycle displays, etc.

Features

*Uses rolled bags. The machine both prepares bags and packages content, thus keeping material costs to a minimum. It also stably supplies and packages difficult-to-handle bags such as PE bags.

*Adds a nozzle deaerating unit to a conventional vacuum-packaging machine, thus enabling combined use for vacuuming inside the product or only around the product.

*A movable nozzle enables sealing at the top.

*Adopts a touch panel for operation and enables presetting of packaging conditions for 10 items.
